In order for Seven Hills IT to facilitate this change, please use the linked form to update your contact information, even if you are already on a T-mobile device. New SIM cards or devices may need to be shipped to you for this change to be completed. If the linked IT Cell Phone Form is not submitted by 11/5/2021 we may need to suspend your phone line.

The Massachusetts COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave law requires employers to provide up to one week of paid sick leave to employees who need leave for a covered COVID-19 related reason. The maximum amount an employee is eligible for under this regulation is up to one week of paid sick time not to exceed $850. Click "Learn More" to see the full guidelines.
